When can I view properties?

Just call one of friendly staff on 07792 489296 and we will book you in as soon as possible.  

What do I need to secure the property I like?

After finding your ideal property you wil need to provide a holding deposit in order for us to keep the property until the referencing is complete and you move in.

What form of references do I need?

We do a credit score of potential tenants, employment or self-employment reference, as well as a previous landlord reference. You will need to provide us with a form of identification, be it a Passport or Driving Licence.

How long till I can move in?

The reference process can take anywhere from 2-4 working days as long as all the correct information is provided.

Will I need a guarantor?

Depending on your employment and affordability you may need a guarantor.

What do I pay?

You will need one months rent up front, a 6 weeks deposit unless otherwise agreed and your tenancy fee.

What is the minimum tenancy?

All our tenancy agreements are assured shorthold tenancy agreements unless otherwise agreed.

What are my legal obligations as a tenant?

To make sure you pay your rent and bills in relation to the property. To return the property in the same condition it was left to you when you moved in. It is your obligation to notify the landlord or us as the managing agency of any maintenance issues.

Who would I contact once I move in?

Depending on the nature of the tenancy it could be the landlord or ourselves on 07792 489296

Who holds the deposit?

We hold your deposit in one of the three government approved deposit schemes unless the landlord holds it in their own deposit scheme. This will be explained when you sign your tenancy agreement.

When will I get my deposit back?

We will try to return it within 10 days unless there are any dilapidation issues, it will then be within the structures of the deposit scheme.
